📝Word of the Year📝

🙄 Yes, yes, I know, we are 25 days into this New Year and ‘everyone’ has already posted about their word of the year but you know what? I’m not everyone and neither are you and that’s okay.

🥰 Say that again ‘and that’s okay.’

✨ It’s apt then that my word for my business and for myself or I should say, our word (as I’ve chosen this with you in mind) is permission.

🎉 Permission to:
💎 Be unequivocally you.
💎 Believe in yourself.
💎 Be kinder to yourself.
💎 Be selfish now and then when you know you need to come first.
💎 And perhaps the most important, grant yourself permission to XYZ, your ‘free’ pass to whatever you need.

😌 So, close your eyes, take a deep breath and pause. Be still.
😌 Take a moment to think about how it would feel if you gave yourself permission to just be you.
😌 Allow yourself to feel it. Believe that it’s possible. Take it all in.
